How To Use Calmi™

Step 1: Charge the Calmi™ Device

  • Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged.
  • Use the provided USB charging cable to connect the device to a power source.
  • A full charge is reached within 30 minutes. Avoid overcharging to prolong battery life.

Step 2: Turn on the Calmi™ Device

  • Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn the device on.
  • The device will start at the lowest frequency setting, and an indicator light will illuminate.

Step 3: Position the Device Correctly

  • Slip your left hand through the cord and place the device in your palm.
  • Position the metal ball point on the PC8 acupressure point (located where your middle fingertip touches your palm when making a fist).
  • Ensuring proper placement is key for optimal results. Close your hand to secure the device in place.

Step 4: Adjust Intensity for Comfort

  • Use the + and - buttons to adjust the intensity level to a comfortable setting.
  • Choose from five frequency levels, ranging from ultra-low to high.
  • If you do not feel the pulsing sensation immediately, increase the intensity gradually and reposition the ball point as needed.

Step 5: Session Duration & Power Off

  • The device automatically turns off after 20 minutes.
  • To turn off manually, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.

Safety Guidelines

  • Do not use if you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any implanted medical device.
  • Avoid contact with water during use.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • If discomfort occurs, reduce intensity or discontinue use.

Care & Maintenance

  • Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth after use.
  • Do not expose to extreme heat or humidity.
  • Charge regularly to maintain battery life.

Troubleshooting

To verify that your Calmi™ Anxiety Device is functioning correctly, follow these steps:

  1. Place your index finger on the round ballpoint at the center of the device.
  2. Simultaneously touch any other metal part of the device with your middle finger.
  3. If you feel a gentle microcurrent pulse passing through your fingers, the device is operating properly.
